KFIA Annual Meeting Exhibit Information
April 1-3, 2025
Hilton Lexington/Downtown, Lexington, KY

The exhibit fee is $475.00 for KFIA Members and $600.00 for non-members.  Non-member fee includes a one-year membership to the association.  Spaces are assigned on a first come, first serve basis with limited space available. Additional exhibit staff or spouse can attend for a charge of $100.00 per person.   

Tabletop exhibit fee covers registration for four people, one draped table, two chairs, Welcome Reception on Tuesday, Exhibitor’s Reception on Wednesday evening, KFIA/Tree Farm Awards Luncheon on Wednesday and all breaks.   Please return the Exhibitor Agreement to the KFIA office as soon as possible.  To have your company name listed in the meeting program, we must receive your registration by March 15. 

Please note: KFIA Platinum & Gold Leaf Club Members can have an exhibit at the Annual Meeting at no charge.

Room Reservations / Hilton Lexington/Downtown

We strongly encourage members to make your reservations as soon as possible. We have increased the number of rooms in our block for this year, but reservations need to be made by March 01, 2025, to obtain our convention rate of $159.00 plus tax per night in order to get in the room block for the meeting.
